Fee: €120, (cost of materials extra).
Suitable for those who have completed the basic cake decorating course, this course will build on techniques learnt in more depth. Projects may run over 2 weeks and will include modelling figures and animals, runout icing, flowers and other decoraring techniques.
Students will be required to bring their own materials, tools and equipment and will be given the list before each class. Material list for week one will be available from the office.
