In today’s speedy life we all forget about the joy of living. We often look for the quick fix. Balance in life’s key areas of time, finances, work, home, friends, family etc impact on one’s health and wellbeing. The course is unique as it will be addressing the physical, psychological, emotional and average social aspects of health and wellbeing in today’s environment. It aims to deliberate on the underpinning knowledge for a balanced healthy life.

During this course we will discuss options to help create a balance in health and wellbeing via healthy eating, mental relaxation, aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, exercise routines.

The use or misuse/ overuse of chemical products (soaps/ shampoos/cleaning products) in our daily life will also be addressed.

We will debate how different mental health issues impact on peoples' lives.
