The tutor will introduce participants to the benefits of journaling and freewriting, referencing the inspirational work of Julia Cameron and James Pennebaker. Writing has long been lauded as a wellness tool and participants will be encouraged to keep a personal journal for the 10 weeks of the classes as well as taking part in freewriting exercises on a variety of themes. Freewriting can be used as a tool to kickstart the creative brain and/or to help overcome daily challenges. The tutor is a psychotherapist and published author.
