Research has shown that people who journal regularly experience improvement in both physical and mental health. The tutor will introduce the class to the 'morning pages' and freewriting based on the inspirational work of Julia Cameron and James Pennebaker. The tutor is a counsellor/psychotherapist and published writer. Writing for wellness can also release creativity and lead to writing for publication.
