Scoil Mhuire Community School Clane is anIrish co-educational post-primary school with 1,200 pupils and   a staff of eighty teachers.   It is directed by the Department of Education and Skills on behalf of the Irish Government.

The Board of Management administers the school with ten members: two parents, two teachers, and six representatives from the trustees who are Presentation Sisters and ETB. The Principal Padraig Nolan is the Secretary at its monthly meetings month.

The school started offering Adult Education classes in September 1983. The numbers have grown each year and the thriving adult education centre has approximately 2,000 learners per term providing a range of pastime and certified courses. These include ITEC courses run in conjunction with Maynooth College and approximately 350 QQI Certifications per year (including full award and individual modules).
